Commissions Terms of Service 2026 (Character Adopts) The buyer purchases the use of the character design with the following stipulations: -All artwork is for personal non-commercial use only. -Commercial project rates may be negotiated up front for a fee. -Artwork may never be used for AI, NFT, or crypto purposes. -I retain the right to use the images in my portfolio, post on social media, and use for self promotional purposes. Payment: -Payment is accepted through PayPal invoices or Ko-Fi (when applicable). -Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Miscellaneous The buyer will receive images of the character design in the following formats: -high resolution PNG character sheet. -low resolution JPEG character sheet. -high resolution PNG of the character on a transparent background.
